2️⃣ Visualize a Protective Light – Imagine yourself surrounded by a bright, glowing light that shields you from negativity.
3️⃣ Charge Your Energy – Picture yourself feeling strong, confident, and vibrant, like you are radiating positive energy.

✅ Keep bringing your awareness back to your breath and the energy shield around you.
✅ Remind yourself: Their energy is theirs, and mine is mine.
✅ Stay grounded in your body by noticing sensations, like the feeling of your feet on the ground.

✅ Take deep breaths and visualize yourself releasing any unwanted energy.
✅ Affirm: I release anything that’s not mine. I am refreshed and energized.
✅ Imagine your protective light strengthening for future interactions.
